<h2>Shipping Policy</h2><p>Every Broken Barrel item is printed to order, so there's a short production window before it ships. Here's what to expect.</p><h3>Production time</h3><p>Orders are printed within <strong>2 to 5 business days</strong> of purchase. Hats and embroidered items can take a day or two longer. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.</p><h3>Shipping time</h3><ul><li><strong>United States:</strong> 3 to 7 business days after production</li><li><strong>Canada:</strong> 7 to 14 business days after production</li><li><strong>Everywhere else:</strong> 10 to 20 business days after production</li></ul><p>Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.</p><h3>Multiple items</h3><p>If you order several items, they may ship separately as each one finishes printing. You'll only be charged shipping once.</p><h3>Tracking</h3><p>Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you don't have it, email us at info@mdmiron.com and we'll chase it down.</p><h3>Address errors</h3><p>Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, which may require an additional shipping charge.</p><h3>International orders</h3><p>Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in our prices.</p>
